Shipping

• U.S. orders ship free — every order, no minimum.

• International shipping is a flat $35 to Canada, the UK, Argentina, Australia, Spain, Mexico, and Portugal. Don't see your country at checkout? Message me and I'll check availability and rates for you.

• Every international order is fully insured and comes with tracking, which I'll send as soon as your piece ships. International delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks depending on your country's postal service. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

I want you to love your piece — here's my promise:

• Doesn't fit? I'll resize it free. Just reach out.

• Arrived damaged or not quite right? I'll remake it or refund you — your choice.

• Lost in transit? Same deal — remake or refund, your choice. (For international orders, carriers can take up to 40 days to declare a package lost, so those claims take a little longer.)

• If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or lost, contact me within 14 days of delivery and I'll make it right.

A note on returns: I'm a one-woman studio and every piece is made to order — so all sales are final. But the guarantee above means you're covered if anything isn't right.
